Presentation: developing an effective collective strategy

Developed by the Center for Nonprofit Strategies, this presentation touches on three important issues related to developing an effective collective strategy: (1) Setting up for success by collectively agreeing on the goal and objectives of a group, (2) Action Planning by providing tools to facilitate collective thinking and planning, and (3) Maintenance and Growth by highlighting ways to strengthen a partnership.
